“Nothing is so permanent as change.” Wise words. Yet to leaders everywhere, guiding a change in the work you do or the clients you serve can be daunting. Change is hard. That’s another common belief out there.
What can a leader do to navigate the balance between the culture at work and the changes they will constantly be making? The culture at your company goes a long way to predict whether or not a change is going to be successful. Pushback from the team can seriously impact the likelihood of success.
Yet as leaders, we can do a lot to guide change, leverage the culture, and achieve big wins. My guest is someone who has made a career of helping businesses and their leaders optimize change events vs culture clashes. His name is Will Samson.
Guest Bio:
Will Samson is on a moonshot mission to disrupt the self-help industry and possibly alter the human operating system. He is a transformational mindset and change coach who guides tech companies, C-Suite executives, and entrepreneurs to amazing levels of growth. Will is the brains behind the T3 ecosystem, a collection of hackers, thinkers, activists, and dreamers who are sprouting new ideas, stories, and products based on the idea of interdependence. His story of rebooting his life was told to the TEDx audience in 2021. When he is not germinating the next wave of thought, he is a master home chef and a Spartan racer.
