Owning and operating a small business can be a big challenge. You’ve heard it said you need to work on your business, not in your business. What does that even mean?
In this episode, I meet with Jaime Jay, himself an entrepreneur with multiple success stories. Yes, he even wanted to be a business owner when he grew up!
Jaime learned early on that creating process to accomplish work meant the ability to scale and grow while creating free time as an owner to do more deep thinking and creative work. A well-designed and documented process can be taught to staff thereby freeing up the owner to do more.

Jaime Jay is the founder and managing director of Bottleneck Distant Assistants. Jaime has been sourcing DA’s from the Philippines since 2006. BNDA is a team of remote-based professionals dedicated to assisting ambitious leaders to identify, hire and cultivate remote-team members.
