Jem has been running his own business as an exec coach, international retreat facilitator, author and speaker, since 2013. Prior to his years as a senior corporate leader, he lived a colourful global life as a tattooist, fire-dancer, kindergarten teacher, volunteer, labourer, motorcycle courier, bohemian traveller and much more. Jem, his partner, and their teenage kids live on the Surf Coast of Victoria in Australia.
