In the post-pandemic work world, getting the most from teams at work takes some special consideration. In this episode I visit with Dr. Seth Silver.

We explore a return to basics whereby a manager and his team can each come together, one on one, to explore the natural connection of expectation and obligation to perform work at its highest level. By doing this matching, a new covenant of work can be achieved.

Listen for these topics:

  • Understanding the work covenant
  • Obligation vs Expectation
  • Team dynamics
  • Personal motivation
