In the post-pandemic work world, getting the most from teams at work takes some special consideration. In this episode I visit with Dr. Seth Silver.
We explore a return to basics whereby a manager and his team can each come together, one on one, to explore the natural connection of expectation and obligation to perform work at its highest level. By doing this matching, a new covenant of work can be achieved.

Guest Bio:
Dr. Silver is the principal of Silver Consulting, Inc., an independent consulting practice, where he has worked with hundreds of diverse client organizations. His consulting focuses on two key areas: improving leadership; and creating high engagement workplaces.
In 2021, Dr. Silver co-authored Meaningful Partnership at Work: How The Workplace Covenant Ensures Mutual Accountability and Success Between Leaders and Teams. The book focuses on how managers and teams can provide mutual support and help each other to achieve.
For 14 years, Dr. Silver was also a part-time Professor and taught Masters level students in Human Resource Development, first at St. John Fisher College, and then at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Dr. Silver holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, a Master’s degree from Cornell University, and a Doctorate (Ed.D.) from The George Washington University. He has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations in the Rochester area and is a citizen of both the US and Canada.
