Catherine Mattiske is a leading global business educator and author with 30 years of experience across industries, including banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and retail. She is the founder of TPC — The Performance Company, an international training and consulting organization that has worked with Fortune 100 companies worldwide. Established in 1994, TPC has offices in Sydney, Los Angeles, New York, London, Singapore, and Basel (Switzerland).
Mattiske recently launched Inner Genius, a suite of innovative online tools that provide individuals with a personalized blueprint for optimal communication, collaboration, and learning. Her latest book is “Unlock Inner Genius: Power Your Path to Extraordinary Success” (September 2021). She coined the term ‘Genius Quotient,’ describing it as a unique learning and communication intelligence that involves the ability to learn at speed, connect with others, and engage in frictionless communication. The result of knowing and increasing one’s GQ is the advanced learning rate, connection to others, better communication, and influence.
Mattiske is the author of more than 30 books, including the best-selling “Train for Results” (Allen & Unwin), which is included on academic reading lists worldwide. In 2014 she collaborated with a team of professionals certified under her ID9 Intelligent Design program to write “Training Activities That Work.” She is also the author of the 27-part “Learning Short-takes®” series of books, and “Leading Virtual Teams.”
